How do you ship your items?
We ship ALL of our items USPS domestic or UPS Ground with an average ( 3 - 8 ) delivery. You will receive a tracking number in a separate email once your order has shipped. Please refer to your item’s description to understand the production time prior to shipment.
Can we get our items faster?
Yes, you can upgrade your order to a rush order for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to purchasing for rush order approval and you will be sent a rush order fee.
Do you ship everyday?
Yes, except weekends and Holidays. Please order accordingly to meet your timeline.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
How long does it take to ship and receive an item once it ships?
Please refer to your item’s description for accurate production times and shipping times. Transit times are 2-8 business days. This is an average timeline (may be longer during holidays and busy seasons) Production and Shipping timelines are never guaranteed and should only be used as an estimation of when you will receive your product. ATTENTION Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and customers with PO Box addresses: Unfortunately free shipping on signs does not apply to your area. If you purchase, you will be sent an invoice for the shipping cost associated with sending a sign to your address.
Are you Timeless Bridal Accessories responsible for lost or damaged items?
Each one of your items will be packaged with all precautions for nothing to happen during transit. WE however are NOT responsible for LOST or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, you will need to contact the US Post Office or UPS for further assistance in opening a claim.
What if my package is returned for insufficient address?
You are responsible to pay all shipping and processing fees that apply for us to Re-ship your items to the correct address.
What if my item arrives and is damaged due to transit?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item. You will need to provide pictures of the damage, box, and packing materials and you will need to keep everything for claim processing.
